The Queen Victoria Building

 Welcome everyone! Today I visited one of the most interesting and famous buildings of Sydney. The Queen Victoria Building. This building was built between 1893 and 1898 and nowadays you can either book a 45-minute walking history tour to explore and learn about the Romanesque design, or walk through all the luxury shops that the building contains.

After meditating about it, I decided to do the second one, and it resulted to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I walked thought so many espectacular stores, that were too expensive for me. However, all of them were beautiful. The one who drew all my attention, was the Jurlique store, a beauty & skincare shop. 

This brand is known for its use of natural and organic ingredients. They use eco friendly products to make high-quality, effective skincare products. The products weren’t as expensive as I expected, so I had the chance to try some of them. Such as the Herbal Recobery Signature Serum, which I have been using for a while and I’m experiencing the anti-aging effect. 

Visiting the Jurlique store was literally a rejuvenating and a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend trying some of their products, even once in your lifetime. Not only because their products absolutely work, but also because going into a luxury shop in such an incredible building made me feel like I was the actual Queen Victoria.

To sum up, The Queen Victoria Building is an architectural fenomenom that is worth visiting. Walking through his stores could be a life changing event, and I think that if you ever visited Sydney, you should definitely go to The Queen Victoria Building.

Art Gallery of New South Wales

  Art Gallery of New South Wales  The Art Gallery of New South Wales, was founded in 1874 by Dr Michael Brand. It is known because of it’s extensive collection of Australian, European and Asian aboriginal art. It’s the most important public gallery in Sydney and one of the largest in Australia.  After visiting is, I realized that work of art that really drawn my attention was the Castle Upnor, River Medway. It was made on 1833 by Joseph Mallord William Turner. It was an English painter specialized in landscapes. He was born in 1775 and he died in 2851. It was considered a controversial figure in his time., but also, one of the best painters of landscapes.  I choose his work of art because all the little details that contains. The castle, the incredible ancient ships,  the dog, the fisherman’s and the little city we can see far away from the coast. Hyde Park Sydney Thinking Routine

  Hyde Park Sydney Thinking Routine In the picture we can see two old man playing a human-sized chess game in the middle of a really beautiful park. It seems like the game must be quite interesting because they have some spectators. I think that these people might usually play at the park, because in order to have spectators, you must have had played before more than once.  The park were they are playing this chess game is called Hyde Park in Sydney. It’s known for being Australia’s oldest park as well as one of it’s most well known. The Park is filled of thousand of trees, monuments and art.
