The Rocks

The Rocks The rocks of Sydney, commonly referred to simply as The Rocks , is one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods in Sydney. I t is located on the southern shore of Sydney Harbour and is really famous between both, locals and tourist.  To reach The Rocks via public transportation, you can take buses that travel through the Central Business District along Elizabeth Street. This transport is available from 8AM to 8PM, and leaves you directly at The Rocks. The Rocks Markets operate exclusively on weekends, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  The shops at The Rocks Markets change every weekend, and they have a variety of unknown and small artisans and vendors. In order to know who will be there on a specific weekend, you can check the schedule to see it. I consider the foodie finds  to be the best part of the whole market. As a food lover, I had the chance to enjoy from delicious street food to gourmet tasty food. It was amazin...

Darling Harbour

Darling Harbour  The Darling Harbour was a common industrial port in Sydney. In 1980, it was decided to change it and transform it into a recreational and cultural center. Due to this amazing transformation nowadays, this place is known for his unique beauty and thousands of activities to do; such as visiting the Sydney Convention center, the Chinese garden of friends, the lyric theatre,   go shopping,  explore Barangaroo reserve… You have plenty of different activities you could do, but between all of them, I think that the most exciting one is going to the aquarium.  This is a fascinating destination that offers a variety of interesting activities and expeditions for visitors. There, you have the chance to admire over 13.000 animals and even watch different species being fed during the day. If you are an animal lover, It is also a great opportunity to learn about the behavior and the habitats of different animals.  I would also like to enjoy walkin...

Look there is a koala over there!

Look there is a koala over there! Taronga Zoo is located in Sydney, Australia and it is known for being one of the most famous zoos over the country. It first opened in 1996 and since then, the zoo has played an important role in the wildlife education and conservation of the wild animals. The Zoo protects endangered species and it offers a chance to see a wide variety of animals from all over the world.  A group of right teenagers of 14 years old could save 24.80€ if they wanted to buy their tickets online. In case they prefer not to buy the tickets online, it would cost them 31€ which is much more money. This happens because the online price for a child between the age of 4 and 15 years old is way more cheaper.  The Zoo, also offers the possibility of spending a night there. You can choose between two types of accommodations: Wildlife Retreat and Roar and Snore. On the one hand, The Wildlife Retreat is a  unique eco-retreat accommodation surrounded by nature in o...
